Forgive & Forget

Hello again!
1) FORGIVE

After my recent rant about Microsofts Xbox Live failings on MW2 map pack night, those lovely people at XBL have decided to redeem themselves in a worthy way. It seems that everyone who purchased the 'Stimulus' map pack have been give a thanks for their support of XBL and also extra days added to their subscription. Well done Microsoft for rewarding customer loyalty, long over due maybe, but well done anyway.

2) FORGET!

On the subject of the Stimulus map pack, I'm not 100% sure how I feel yet. On one hand, new maps are always a plus, paying for them is always a minus though. The three brand new maps of Storm, Bailout & Salvage all play well within the MW2 enviroment. Their layouts are well planned and as we expect of Infinity Ward, they are also visually awesome. However, the addition of Crash and Overgrown baffles me? Are they free? Am I only paying for the 3 new maps? Why do I ask? I ask because like thousands of others who purchased Call of Duty 4, someone seems to FORGET that I have already paid for these maps. Despite my memory failing to lapse on this issue, It also recalls many a great battle being had on these maps too, especially Crash. A warning though IW, please don't milk our brand loyalty with more old maps on the next map pack!!
