It's not so original in concept so what does Blacklight:TangoDown by Ignition Entertainment & Zombie Studios set out to achieve? Well... what the XboxLiveArcade title does achieve, especially in multi-player mode is the first game to combine Halo, MW2 and BattlefieldBadCompany perfectly!when I first checked out this game on single payer campaign, I wasn't so impressed. It's first a person shooter that seems so repetitively boring. Enemies look like they've all been cloned from the dark master himself "DarthVader". Sporting fairly decent A.I though, they duck and shoot from behind obstacle strewn streets that could well of been part of the Halo:ODST set. Single handedly though it's up to you to wipe the smile of their black helmeted faces!
Heading quickly to multi-player though I found the best of this game. The maps are great and well detailed and very Halo like. All the usual Free-for-All and Teamdeath Match game types are present. The warfare is fun and as you level up the weapons become funner too. A great game, well programmed, well presented, but well worth the £10?? If you have Halo/MW2/BB2 I'd definitely pass, sorry Blacklight, but 7/10 just for the multiplayer!
